If you you don't have much experience with yoga or if you haven't practiced in awhile, it's a good idea to start with the Beginner Series. I highly recommend the "Yoga for New Beginners" video #7. "The Ground Up" video #1 is also a good one. Both of these include breathing exercises that are a great way to boost your immune system and bring clarity to your mind.
If you practice yoga often, I still encourage you to check out the beginner classes. You can always learn something new with a different teacher. If you would like to challenge yourself a little more, visit the All Levels Series. This section is updated daily. "Igniting The Fires of the Core" from 1/22 is a great vinyasa yoga class if you are an experienced yogi. The second half of the video is pretty challenging and most people will find yoga blocks very helpful.
